Step 2: Book your session
Once you’ve signed up, simply book the time slot that works for you. With 144 spots available daily we are certain you'll find something to suit your busy schedule. Morning, evening, lunchtime - you choose. You’ll get an email with everything you need to access the studio.
Step 3: Show up and flow
Come in, pop on your headphones, and choose your class from the on-screen library of 800+ workouts. You’ll have one hour to move, stretch, and reset - all at your own pace.
What You’ll Have Access To

Each session gives you access to your own Reformer, a personal touch-screen kiosk, and over 800 pre-recorded classes - with new ones added every month.
From gentle mobility to full-body burn, you’ll find classes for every level, mood, and phase - including prenatal, postpartum, and rehab options. Sessions range from 15 to 55 minutes, and you can track your progress or save your favourites for next time.
To keep your experience fully focused, we provide high-quality JBL wireless headphones, already connected and ready to go. You are welcome to bring your own Bluetooth capable Headphones if you prefer.
